My background<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been lucky my whole life. I studied Engineering in Valencia (Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e8ncia) and it opened me lot of doors that I always passed through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made my Project Thesis in Germany (TU Ilmenau) and I worked for several companies (ALSTOM<\/a>, and mainly in FAURECIA<\/a>) and institutes (ITA<\/a>, working for IWA<\/a>) that made me learn all that I know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suddenly, I realized I wanted to teach my knowledge and since 2007 I’m a lecturer and professor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2009 I reinforced my knowledge of Statistics by obtaining a Master’s in Data Analytics, Process Improvement, and Decision-making. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My Research<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

The main area of my research is time series forecasting. Mainly focused on energy forecasting, but all kind of forecasting is included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reliability, Econometrics among others are areas I developed in my research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artificial Intelligence is also another area in which I invest my research. New projects came to me and I work with colleagues to solve different problems using AI.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My Lectures<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

I lecture in many Schools due to the transversality of Statistics, but mainly lecturing forecasting, decision-making, quality, reliability, econometrics, and energy management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to my experience and my job, I also lecture on automatism, robotics, manufacturing, and maintenance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
